Lacquer Grey 4x9ft Premium Door Panel

The panel format is 4 by 9 ft, or 1220 by 2800 mm, with thicknesses of 18 mm and 22 mm. Environmental ratings are ENF and F four star, and moisture resistance is rated P10. The surface is a lacquer grey finish with a flat matte appearance and a soft touch feel, formulated for scratch resistance, oil and stain resistance, and UV resistance. Installation can be carried out by cutting, drilling, grooving, edge banding, screwing, adhesive bonding, or mechanical fixing. Exposed edges should be treated with edge banding or sealant. Cleaning can be done with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Panels should be stored flat on a dry, level surface.

The panel is used for interior door fronts, wardrobe doors, cabinet doors, and storage systems, furniture fronts and case goods, partitions and room dividers, retail displays and exhibition fixtures, and wall cladding where a lacquered flat surface is specified. It is used in office, residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors.

What do ENF and F four star mean. These are formaldehyde emission ratings. ENF and F four star indicate low formaldehyde emission limits under the referenced standards, and they are used to select panels for interior applications with specified environmental requirements.

Which thickness should I choose. 18 mm is used for standard door fronts and cabinet doors. 22 mm is used for thicker edges, larger door fronts, and surfaces requiring greater stiffness. Final selection depends on door size, hinge type, load, and fixing method.

Is this panel suitable for wet areas. P10 moisture resistance supports use in areas with occasional moisture, such as kitchen and bathroom cabinets, when cut edges and joints are sealed. Prolonged standing water and direct water contact should be avoided.

How should the panel be installed. Acclimatize panels in the room before installation. Verify substrate flatness. Leave expansion gaps. Use suitable adhesives or mechanical fasteners. Seal cut edges with edge banding or sealant. Because the surface is solid color without grain, panels can be rotated during installation without grain matching.

How should the panel be cleaned. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, and solvents that may affect the surface should be avoided. The matte surface should be wiped evenly to avoid visible marks. Standing water should be dried promptly.

Can the panel be cut and edge banded. Yes. Use woodworking tools with fine tooth blades. Apply edge banding or sealant to exposed edges to maintain moisture resistance and appearance.

Store panels flat on a dry, level surface. Acclimatize panels in the installation room before cutting or fixing. Seal all cut edges, drill holes, and joints with suitable edge banding or sealant. Maintain expansion gaps around panels and fixed objects. Avoid prolonged moisture exposure and standing water. Use appropriate personal protective equipment when cutting or machining. Check adhesive and substrate compatibility before installation. Follow local building and interior finishing requirements.

The 1220 by 2800 mm large format reduces the number of seams across door fronts, cabinet doors, and wall panels, which supports a more continuous surface. Thickness options of 18 mm and 22 mm allow the panel to be matched to door and cabinet front functions and edge details. The ENF and F four star environmental ratings meet specified formaldehyde emission limits under the referenced standards for interior panel applications. P10 moisture resistance supports interior use where occasional moisture exposure occurs, provided that cut edges and joints are sealed. The lacquer surface is formulated for scratch resistance, oil and stain resistance, and UV resistance, and it carries a flat matte finish with a soft touch feel. The solid grey surface has no grain direction, so panels can be rotated and aligned without grain matching. The panel is compatible with cutting, drilling, grooving, edge banding, and common fixing methods.
