According to trademark assignment/transfer announcements, CoreVip (Shanghai) Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. has recently completed the assignment procedures for Trademark No. 47104214 "BARATIE," registered for use in Class 20 (furniture, panels, and related goods). The original transferor was Shenzhen Mulan Yidai Trading Co., Ltd. This is Maibu's latest initiative in building its brand matrix. As an enterprise primarily engaged in the processing and sales of decorative panels, Maibu has continuously strengthened its independent brand development in recent years. Its decorative designs are currently dominated by imported brands such as Germany's Schattdecor, Interprint (IP), and Spain's Pegasus, and it has developed over a hundred special surface treatment processes. The acquisition of the "BARATIE" trademark may signal new plans in finished furniture or custom home furnishing accessories.
